If returning your vehicle, fill out and sign an Odometer Disclosure Statement and bring along to vehicle turn-in. If purchasing your vehicle, fax the completed statement to 888-295-8891.

Here's a helpful checklist of tasks you'll need to complete as you approach the end of your lease.
LEASE-END KIT
This is an electronic version of the Lease-End Kit. The kit details the various options for closing out your lease and answers common questions about the lease-end process. A print version is also automatically mailed to you approximately 120 days before your lease contract maturity date. In the lease-end section of our website, you'll find more valuable information and resources related to the lease-end process.
LEARN ABOUT POTENTIAL FEES
PERFORM SELF-ASSESSMENT
Before turning in your current vehicle, avoid any surprises by completing a Vehicle Self-Assessment to identify potential excess wear and use charges. Or, contact your Lease-End Concierge to schedule a complimentary vehicle inspection.
MAKE REPAIRS
Consider making any needed repairs before returning your vehicle in order to avoid excess wear and use charges. You can make repairs through your Genesis dealer or an independent repair shop. Be sure to fax any repair receipts to (972) 590-3995. If your contract includes protection for excess wear and use damages, please contact a Lease-End Concierge for assistance.

SCHEDULE TURN-IN APPOINTMENT
Be sure to schedule a turn-in appointment with your dealer.
PREPARE YOUR VEHICLE
Clean the vehicle inside and out. Don't forget to remove any garage door remotes, toll tags or other personal items. Make sure all original equipment is present, including all keys and keyless remotes, owner's manual, cargo covers/nets (if applicable) and license plate(s). Don't forget to delete any personal data that may be stored in your vehicle's audio or navigation system before turn-in.
LICENSE PLATE(S)
Check with your local DMV to determine plate return requirements.
Note: If required to send your license plate(s) to your state, do so after turning in your vehicle, then fax the state's receipt to us at (972) 590-3995.
SEND FINAL PAYMENT
Payoff checks should include your account number and can be mailed to: HCA Exchange, Inc. Genesis Finance Payment Processing Dept CH 14301, Palatine, IL 60055-4301. Payment must be made via personal or certified check. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a title release within 15 business days, or earlier if required by state law.
TURN OFF AUTOPAY
Remember to cancel any automatic payments you have set up.
