Mark down any dents, dings, scratches, chipped paint, and more.
Check your tire tread depth and look for bent, broken, cracked, or warped wheels.
Look for damage to the windshield and window tinting.
Record any holes, cuts, burns, or stains in the upholstery or carpet.
Check for missing keys or manufacturer parts.
What is the total number of dents, dings, and scratches equal to or greater than 4" long or across on the hood, roof, and rear bumper combined?
What is the total number of dents, dings, and scratches equal to or greater than 4" long or across on all areas other than the hood, roof, and rear bumper?
How many body panels have chips equal to or greater than 1/2" in their paint?
Any punctures in the body panels will require them to be replaced and be charged at 100% cost of replacement.
How many tires have any area along the tread that is less than 1/8" deep?
How many tires are missing, cut and/or torn?
How many tires are of a size or speed rating that doesnt match that of the original tires?
How many scratches 4" long or greater are there on all 4 wheels (including covers, if applicable) combined?
How many wheels are bent, broken, cracked, and/or warped?
Is the spare missing its tire and/or wheel? (If vehicle was originally equipped with an inflation kit instead of a spare tire and it is present at time of turn-in, there will be no charge.)
What is the total number of chips, spiders, and bulls-eyes equal to or greater than 1/2" on the windshield? (If three or greater, you will be charged what it costs to replace the windshield.)
Entering "3+" applies the cost of a windshield replacement. If "3+" is selected, select "No" for the "Cracked Windshield" damage item below to ensure a correct final estimate.
Does your windshield have a crack equal to or greater than 2" long? If so, the windshield will be replaced at 100% cost.
Entering "Yes" applies the cost of a windshield replacement. If "Yes" is selected, enter "0" for the "Chips, Spiders, & Bulls-Eyes" damage item above to ensure a correct final estimate.
Peeling, bubbling, scratched or non-matching tint
How many upholstered or carpeted areas (e.g., seatbacks, headrests, floor mats) have a hole, cut, burn, and/or stain?
How many of the Smart Keys originally issued with the vehicle are missing? Smart Keys are also known as Proximity Keys for vehicles with keyless entry and push button start.
How many standard keys originally issued with the vehicle are missing?
Any missing item that needs replacing (such as the stereo, any knobs, and third-row seats) will be charged at 100% of the cost of a genuine manufacturer part.
Missing EV charging cable that needs replacing will be charged at 100% of the cost of a genuine manufacturer part.
Missing EV charging cable storage case that needs replacing will be charged at the 100% of the cost of a genuine manufacturer part.
